If you find that the token is missing, please check if the address of your imported wallet is the same as your original wallet address.
If it does, you need to add the token to the token list.
If it does not match, it means that you have imported the wrong token/private key. There are mainly three scenarios:
- You have more than one mnemonic/private key, the imported one is not the wallet you want to restore. You can fix it by finding the correct one and re-import it.
- The mnemonic/private key you backed up is wrong or you made a typo when entering the mnemonic/private key.
