Click "Query Details" on the transaction detail page to check why the transaction failed and try to resolve the issue based on the specific reason:.

Out of Gas

The transfer failed due to insufficient GAS, please set a higher Gas according to the EIP-1559 Miner Fee Setup Tutorial. 

Bad Instruction or Reverted

The transfer failed due to a problem with the smart contract of the token. You should reach out to the developer of the smart contract.

• The miner fees are charged by the Ethereum network rather than imToken.
• Even if the transaction fails, the miner fees you paid to Ethereum network will not be refunded.
