If you got a "Transaction pending" error message after sending a transaction, the transaction has not been mined by the miners within the last 48 hours. There are two possible solutions:

  1. Click "Go to BLOCKCHAIN for more details". If your transaction shows in the list, the transaction has been broadcasted. Therefore, please be patient and wait for the miners to package your transaction. Do NOT send the transaction repeatly, because that would cause the amount to be sent twice.
  2. Click "Go to BLOCKCHAIN for more details". If your transaction does not shown in the list, the transaction was never broadcasted, likely due to a technical error. Please contact customer service in the App Help Center.
