If your transfer shows as successful in imToken but the recipient has not received the tokens, use the table below to troubleshoot:
| Transfer Type | Arrival Time | Common Causes | Solutions |
| To an imToken Wallet | Once confirmed on-chain | 1. The recipient is viewing the wrong account or network | Ask the recipient to switch to the corresponding network account, such as Ethereum, Arbitrum, BNB Smart Chain, or TRON. |
| 2. The token has not been added to the wallet’s token list | Tap “+” on the homepage, then select the token under “All My Assets” or “Popular Assets”. Alternatively, use the custom token feature. See the guide to adding tokens. | ||
| To Another Wallet | Usually once confirmed on-chain | 1. The transfer network differs from the network specified by the recipient | Ask the recipient to switch to the corresponding network to view the tokens. |
| 2. The receiving wallet does not currently support the network or display the token | Ask the recipient to contact their wallet’s support team to check whether the network or token is supported. | ||
| To an Exchange | After the exchange confirms and processes the deposit | 1. The deposit amount is below the exchange’s minimum | Check the exchange’s minimum deposit requirement and contact its support team for assistance. |
| 2. The exchange does not currently support deposits on that network or in that token | Contact the exchange’s support team and provide the transaction ID (TxID) for assistance. | ||
| 3. The transaction is confirmed on-chain, but the exchange has not yet reviewed or processed the deposit | Contact the exchange’s support team and provide the transaction ID (TxID) to check when the deposit will be credited. |
Reminder: Before transferring, make sure your sending account is on the network specified by the recipient. Carefully check the receiving address, token, and amount to avoid losing assets due to an incorrect transfer. If you need help, contact imToken support and provide the transaction ID (TxID).
